We accept all forms of veterinary insurance and are able to take direct payment from Trupanion insurance.
At Neuro Vet, we accept multiple payment methods, including cash, all major credit cards, and Apple Pay. While we do not offer in-house payment plans, we proudly accept CareCredit and Scratchpay to provide flexible financing options.
What is CareCredit?
CareCredit is a specialized healthcare credit card designed to help you manage out-of-pocket expenses for veterinary care. It can be used for a wide range of services, including exams, MRI, diagnostics, surgery, hospitalization, and medications.
CareCredit offers short-term financing options, including 0% interest if paid in full within 6 months on qualifying purchases. For larger expenses, extended payment plans with reduced APR and fixed monthly payments are also available.
Applying for CareCredit requires a credit check. You may first see if you prequalify with a soft credit inquiry that won’t affect your credit score. If you choose to proceed with a full application, a hard credit check will be performed. Most applicants receive a decision within minutes, either online or in our office. Our front desk staff are happy to assist you with the application process if assistance is needed.

Scratchpay is a simple and affordable financing option that helps you manage veterinary expenses with personalized payment plans. Unlike traditional credit cards, Scratchpay offers transparent, fixed-term loans with no deferred interest, no hidden fees, and no prepayment penalties.
Scratchpay offers a range of plans—including interest-free options for shorter terms and low APR options for longer terms—depending on your credit profile and the amount you need to finance.
Checking your rate with Scratchpay only requires a soft credit check, which won’t affect your credit score. If you accept a plan, a hard credit inquiry will be performed. Applications take just a few minutes and can be completed online from your phone or in our office.
