Medication Refills

While Neuro Vet is under construction, we are continuing to support our existing patients by providing medication and prescription diet access through our online pharmacy partner, Blue Rabbit. To request a medication refill, please click the link below and complete the required information. Once we receive your request, we will review and either approve it or contact you if additional details are needed or if there is a reason we cannot fulfill the request.

When Neuro Vet officially opens later this year, you’ll have the option to fill prescriptions directly at our hospital or receive written scripts to use at external pharmacies such as Costco or Safeway. If your pet receives a controlled medication such as Phenobarbital, you will need to pick up the written scripts from our hospital. We cannot mail these or send them electronically.

Please note: Due to changing California regulations, to reduce medical errors, and to streamline the medical refill process, we will no longer call in prescriptions to outside pharmacies.
