Hunter has been a patient of Dr. Fitz to treat his epilepsy. We drove 3 1/2 hours from our local town so our dog could get the highest quality care. Dr. Fitz always took the time to carefully explain details on blood test results and patiently answered all our questions, whether it was during an exam or a phone call after reporting another seizure. She meticulously managed his drug protocol, trying to find a balance between increasing time between seizures without damaging organs. We always received timely communication and she understood how important Hunter is to our family. We know that Hunter has managed to have a longer and better quality life due to her excellent care.
