You can request medication refills in three convenient ways:
Order Online with Blue Rabbit
Our trusted pharmacy partner, Blue Rabbit, makes it simple to request and receive your pet’s medications directly to your house. Medications usually get shipped to you within a week. Click the link below, fill out the required information, and our team will review and approve your request or contact you if more details are needed.
Pick Up at Neuro Vet
Call us or email info@theneurovet.com with the medication name and quantity you need. We’ll text you when your medications are ready for pickup, or call you if we’re unable to fill the medication or requested amount. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing.
Written Scripts for use at an Outside Pharmacy
You can request a written prescription to fill at another pharmacy (like Costco or Safeway). Call or email info@theneurovet.com with your request and allow 72 hours for preparation. If your pet receives a controlled medication such as Phenobarbital, you will need to pick up the written scripts from our hospital. We cannot mail these or send them electronically.
Please note: Due to changing California regulations, to reduce medical errors, and to streamline the medical refill process, we will no longer call in prescriptions to outside pharmacies.
